A smaller more focused group class where you can build strength, improve your mobility & master those fundamental movements, such as squats, deadlifts, pull ups & push ups.

A fun 45 minutes designed to keep your heart rate high and your muscles burning. Dynamic routines focusing on high intensity exercise, using formats such as TABATA & Plyometrics. If you wanna get sweaty & have a lot of energy to burn this is the class for you.
